    SERBA PANGGANG DARI TEPUNG TERIGU
    KUE KACANG
    Untuk lebih kurang 900 gr
    Bahan:
    • 150 gr margarin
    • 150 gr gula bubuk
    • 2 butir telur
    • 400 gr tepung terigu
    • 175 gr kacang tanah sangrai, buang kulitnya, cincang halus
    • 2 sdm santan kental

    Cara membuat:

    1. Kocok margarin dan gula sampai lembut, masukkan telur, kocok lagi sampai adonan naik.
    2. Masukkan tepung, kacang cincang, dan santan, aduk sampai rata hingga menjadi adonan yang bisa dibentuk.
    3. Tipiskan adonan kurang lebih 4 mm. Cetak bulat daengan garis tengah 3 cm. Letakkan di atas loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega, panggang dengan api sedang (180 derajat C)selama lebih kurang 20 menit. Angkat, dinginkan.

    Catatan:

    Bakit jahe merupakan penganan khas daerah Lampung.Sumatera.

    BAKED (FROM WHEAT FLOUR)

    NUT DROPS

    Makes approximately 900 gr

    Ingredients:

    • 150 gr margarine
    • 150 gr sugar powder
    • 2 eggs
    • 400 gr wheat flour
    • 175 gr peanuts, braised, peeled, smoothly ground
    • 2 tbs thick coconut milk

    Method:

    1. Beat the margarine and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and beat once more until the batter rises.
    2. Mix in the flour, ground peanuts and coconut milk. Stir well until the mix becomes a shapable dough.
    3. Flatten the dough to about 4 mm. Cut circles with a diameter of about 3 cm. Place the circles on a greased cookie tray. Bake at medium heat (180 degree celcius) for about 25 minutes or until golden.

    Note:

    The recipe for these cookies comes from West Sumatera.
