    REMPEYEK KACANG
    Untuk lebih kurang 30 buah

    Bahan:
    • 150 gr tepung beras
    • 475 cc santan encer dari 1/4 butir kelapa setengah tua
    • (4 siung bawang pputih, iris
    • 1 sdm ketumbar sangrai
    • 1 sdt peres garam
    • 2 lembar daun jeruk) dihaluskan
    • 300 gr kacang tanah, pilih yang kering
    • 600 cc minyak goreng.

    Cara membuat:

    1. Campur tepung dan santan serta bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan. Aduk rata.
    2. Siapkan wajan kecil, beri 1/2 sendok sayur minyak dan panaskan dengan api sedang. Ambil 1 sendok sayur adonan, beri 1 sdm kacang tanah, tuangkan ke dalam wajan, ratakan hingga membentuk bulatan. Goreng sampai matang kecokelatan. Angkat, tiriskan. ulangi hingga selesai.

    Catatan:

    Setiap kali menggoreng, usahakan jumlah minyak dalam wajan tidak terlalu sedikit, tidak juga terlalu banyak. Rempeyek harus terendam minyak, tetapi tidak sampai menambang. Hal ini bertujuan agar bentuknya tetap bulat.

    PEANUT CHIPS

    Makes approximately 30 chips

    Ingredients:

    • 150 gr rice flour
    • 475 cc thin coconut milk from 1/4 half aged coconut
    • (4 cloved garlic, chopped fine
    • 1 tbs dry roasted coriander seeds
    • 1 level tsp salt
    • 2 tlime leaves) ground together
    • 300 gr peanuts, choose the dry ones
    • 600 cc oil for frying.

    Method:

    1. Mis flour, coconut milk, and ground ingredients. Stir well.
    2. Prepare a small pan, add a soup ladle half full of oil and heat it over a medium flame. Take one soup ladle full of dough and one table spoon of peanut and put it into the pan. Press it to make a flat round form. Fry until brownish. Remove and drain. Repeat until all the dough is used.

    Note:

    Each time you fry, use adequate ol, but not too much. The chips must be innersed in the oil just to cover, not to the point where they float. This is to ensure the circular shape.
