    KERIPIK PISANG
    Untuk lebih kurang 800 gr

    Bahan:
    • 1 sisir pisang kepok merah, pilih yang masih mengkal, tetapi hampir matang
    • 800 cc minyak untuk menggoreng

    Untuk lapisan gula:

    • 300 gr gula pasir
    • 100 gr gula merah
    • 200 cc air

    Cara membuat:

    1. Buang kulip pisang, iris tipis melingkar. Rendam kurang lebih 5 menit dalam air garam, angkat, tiriskan.
    2. Panaskan minyak, goreng irisan pisang sampai kering. Kerjakan sedikit demi sedikit, agar pisang matang secara merata. Angkat, tiriskan.
    3. Buat lapisan gula: campur gula pasir, gula merah, dan air dalam panci kecil, masak di atas api kecil hingga larutan gula mengental dan berambut. Masukkan pisang yang sudah digoreng hingga pisang rata terbalut larutan gula. Angkat, tempatkan dan susun satu persatu di atas wadah ceper, biarkan hingga lapisan gula mengering.

    Catatan:

    Masukkan pisang ke dalam larutan gula dalam jumlah sedikit, kira-kira 6 iris setiap kali, agar pisang tidak menempel satu ssama lain, dan larutan gula dapat rata menempel pada pisang.

    BANANA CHIPS

    Makes approximately 800 gr

    Ingredients:

    • 1 big kepok banana (choose a young one), almost ripe
    • 800 cc oil for frying

    For the sugar coating:

    • 300 gr granulated sugar
    • 100 gr brown sugar
    • 200 cc water

    Method:

    1. Peel away the skin, cut into thin circles. Soak for about 5 minutes in salt water; remove and drain.
    2. Heat oil, fry the banana slices until dry. Do this bit by bit so that the banana fries evenly, Lift and rinse.
    3. For the sugar coating:mix the granulated sugar, brown sugar and water in a small pan, cook over a small flame until thick. Put the fried bananas in the sugar liquid until the banana is evenly covered with sugar coating. Lift and place one by one on a flat place and leave until the sugar hardens.

    Note:

    Add the banana slices to the sugar scoating mixture in small quantity (about 6 chips each time) so that the slices do not stick to each other
