    ENTING-ENTING WIJEN
    Untuk lebih kurang 1200 gr


    Bahan:
    • 250 gr tepung terigu
    • 500 gr wijen, cuci bersih, keringkan
    • 300 gr gula merah
    • 100 gr gula pasir

    Cara membuat:

    1. Campur tepung terigu dengan 25 cc air, campurkan wijen, aduk rata, sisihkan.
    2. Rebus gula merah dan gula pasir dengan 25 cc air di atas api kecil hingga kental. Masukkan campuran tepung, aduk-aduk hingga adonan agak kering selama lebih kurang 3 menit, angkat.
    3. Tempatkan di atas wadah datar yang telah dialasi daun pisang atau plastik, ratakan permukaannya sambil ditekan-tekan sampai padat dan membentuk ketebalan 3 mm. Setelah agak dingin, potong-potong bentuk empat persegi panjang ukuran 3 cm X 5 cm.
    4. Biarkan dingin sampai mengeras. Bungkus masing-masing dengan potongan plastik atau kertas roti. Simpan dalam stoples.


    SESAME SEED CANDY
    Makes approximately 1200 gr

    Ingredients:
    • 250 gr wheat flour
    • 500 gr sesame seeds, washed and dried
    • 300 gr brown sugar
    • 100 gr granulated sugar

    Method:

    1. Mix the flour with 25 cc of water, mix in the sesame seeds, stir well and set aside.
    2. Boil the brown sugar and granulated sugar with 25 cc of water over a low flame until the solution thickens. Pour in the flour mix and stir until the dough is a bit dry, or about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
    3. Place on a flat surface covered by banana leaves or plastic. Smoothen the surface while pressing down to solidify and reduce the dough about 3 mm. When cool, cut into 3 cm by 5 cm rectangles.
    4. Allow to cool further and to harden. Wrap each rectangle individually in plastic or wax paper. Store in an airtight container.
