    Dari tepung ketan
    KECIPUT
    Untuk lebih kurang 1000 gr


    Bahan:
    • 350 gr tepung ketan
    • 150 gr tepung beras
    • 1/2 sdt baking powder
    • 100 gr gula halus
    • 1/2 sdt garam halus
    • 2 butir telur ayam, kocok sebentar
    • 350 cc santan kental dari 3/4 butir kelapa
    • 250 gr wijen
    • 1000 cc minyak goreng

    Cara membuat:

    1. Campur tepung ketan, tepung beras, baking powder, gula, dan garam. Masukkan telur yang sudah dilocok, tuangi santan kental sedikit demi sedikit sambil diuleni hingga tidak lengket di tangan dan dapat dibentuk.
    2. Bentuk adonan menjadi bulat-bulat kecil sebesar kelereng dan gulingkan ke dalam wijen sampai permukaannya tertutup wijen, sisihkan.
    3. Siapkan minyak goreng cukup banyak di atas api sedang. Masukkan bulatan keciput, dan goreng sambil diaduk-aduk. Setelah setengah matang, besarkan apinya. Goreng sampai kuning kecokelatan, angkat, dan tiriskan.

    Catatan:

    Setiap kali menggoreng, mulailah dengan minyak goreng yang hangat, belum begitu panas. Baru masukkan bulatan-bulatan adonan, dan perlahan-lahan besarkan apinya. Ulangi cara yang sama untuk sisa adonan.

    SESAME GLUTINOUS BALLS

    Makes approximately 1000 gr

    Ingredients:

    • 350 gr glutinour rice flour
    • 150 gr rice flour
    • 1/2 tsp baking powder
    • 100 gr finelu granulated sugar
    • 1/3 tsp finely granulated salt
    • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
    • 350 cc thick coconut milk from 3/4 old coconut
    • 250 gr sesame seeds
    • 1000 cc oil for frying

    Method:

    1. Mix glutinous rice flour, rice flour, baking powder, sugar andsalt. Mix in beaten egg. Add thick coconut milk little by little while kneading until the dough does not stick to the touch and can be easily shaped.
    2. Shape the dough into little marble xize balls and roll into the sesame seeds until the surface is coveres. Put aside.
    3. Heat oil over a medium size flame. Add the dough balls, stir while frying. As the balls turn yellow, increase the heat. Fry until golden brown. Remove and drain.

    Note:

    Each time you fry, start with warm cooking oil, not hot. Put the dough balls in and slowly turn up the heat. Repeat the same steps for the rest of the dough.
