BAKIT JAHE
Untuk lebih kurang 1200 gr

Bahan:
- 300 gr gula merah sisir halus
- 75 gr gula pasir
- 2 butir telur
- 50 gr jahe bubuk
- 1/2 sdt bubuk kayu manis
- 400 gr tepung beras, sangrai sampai kecokelatan
- 1 1/2 butir kelapa, parut, sangrai sampai kecokelatan, tumbuk sampai halus
Cara membuat:
- Kocok gula merah, gula pasir, dan telur, sampai kental dan naik. Masukkan jahe dan kayu manis, aduk rata.
- Masukkan tepung beras sangrai dan kelapa sangrai tumbuk, aduk rata.
- Ambil sesendok teh adonan, letakkan di atas loyang yang sudah diolesi mentega, tekan sedikit agar pipin. Panggang sampai matang dan kecokelatan, dengan api sedang (180 derajat celcius) selama lebih kurang 20 menit. Angkat, dinginkan.

GINGER DROPS
Makes approximately 1200 gr
Ingredients:
- 300 gr brown sugar, mashed
- 75 gr granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 gr ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- 400 gr rice flour, dry fried until brownish
- 1 1/2 coconuts, grated, dry fried until brownish, then pounded smoothly into powder.
Method:
- Beat the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and eggs until thick and light. Add the ginger and cinnamon powder. Stir well.
- Add the dry fried rice flour and coconut powder; stir well.
- Take a teaspoonful of dough, place on a greased cookie sheet, press to thin. Bake at medium heat (180 degree C ) for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Remove and cool.

These cookies are a specialty from Lampung.Sumatera.
