    CARA BUAT CAKE:
    -Tel, gula kocok 3-5 menit
    - Masukkan TBM kocok lagi 15-20 menit
    - Mixer pelankan, masukkan terigu, susu bubuk, cacao powder, baking
    powder yg sudah dicampur dan diayak pelan2
    sambil dimasukkan keadonan sampai habis kocok 1-2 menit.
    - Masukkan mentega cair hangat atau dingin aduk pakai spatula sampai rata tapi jangan terlalu lama, secepat mungkin.
    - masukkan keloyang yg sudah dipoles mentega dan terigu, panggang selama 30 menit api 150 drajat.

    **Kemarin Andrew start Recording "Ballade" di Lion studio selama
    3 1/2 jam.

    100 gula pasir 40 mtga cair
    100 mtga cair 1 st TBM
    75 terigu 1/4 VX, 1/2 SM Rhum
    1/2 st bloflis(anti bulukan) 1/4 bloflis
    1 sm rhum
    LOY 30x30=200 drajat=15 m

    cara:
    Adonan dibagi 4 piring msng2 di beri warna merah, hijau, orange, coklat (cacao dilarutkan dg air/susu kental)

    2. CHOLATE ROLLTART

    10 tel 6 pth (400)
    115 gula pasir
    1 sm TBM + 1/2 st VX + VLg
    1 sm air
    50 terigu
    25 mzna
    10 susu bbk
    1/4 garam
    100 mtga cair

    CARA

    -Tel,gl,vl,air, kocok 3-4 m mskkan
    -terigu,TBM, VX terus kocok 5-6 m
    -Mskkan mtga cair hangat2 aduk hingga rata.

    3. COMBINATIE ROOLTART

    10tel 6 pth = 400 g
    100 gl
    1 sm air, 1/2 st vl, 1/2 st garam
    40 terigu
    25 mzna
    20 susu bbk
    110 mtga cair
    1 sm rhum
    1 sm TBM, 1/2 ST VX 2%

    CARA
    Bagi 4 orange, hijau, coklat, kuning.
    Pulas butter cream/selai strawbry gulung.

    4.ROSEMARIE LAYER CAKE
    Bhn I BHN II
    10 tel, 4 pth (kampung)=250 - 250 CC air
    + 2 telur negri - 125 gula pasir
    1 sm air + vl - 2 sm susu manis
    90 gula psr - 150 cc putih tel
    1 sm TBM +1/2 ST VX 2 % - 1 agar2 satelit
    1 SM Rhum + 1 sm susu manis - 1 sm rhum, essence/arbein
    75 terigu - 1/2 st warna merah
    25 susu bbk - 1 sm air jeruk.
    100 mtga cair
    LOY 24 x 6

    CARA

    - Agar rebus dg.air + gula
    -Saring + susu manis + rhum + wrn
    - putih tel kocok spi kencang
    - Agar2 tadi tuangkan dlm kocokan pth telur + gula dikit2 aduk sampai rata kencang.
    - Lalu tuangkan keatas kue tadi kertasnya 3 cm lebih tinggi dari kuenya, kertas pulas mtga, Atasnya di spuit dg.butter cream.

    5.HAWAIAN CAKE

    - 12 tel, 3 pth (280)
    - 100 gl + 1/2 st vl
    - 1 sm TBM, 1/2 VX 2%
    - 50 TERIGU
    - 20 mzna
    - 10 susu bbk
    - 1 sm susu manis
    - 120 mtga cair

    CARA :
    - Adonan : 3 piring (merah, hijau, coklat) banting2 pki sendok dikit2 sp habis.
    - Lapis butter cream/selai strawberry.

    BUTTER CREAM MASAK

    - 350 Blue band (100 rmb)
    - 75 air dingin
    - 200 gula pasir
    - 75 cc putih telur

    CARA

    - 2 mcm mtga kocok spi putih
    - Air rebus dg gula spi kental
    - Putih tel kocok sp kencang lalu
    - Air bula tadi panas2 tuang ke putih telur.
    - Kocok terus spi dingin baru mtga yg di kocok tadi di camp-kan jadi satu beri rhum.
